melati Terms of Use

When you access melati via our Android app, iOS browser, or website at melati.app, you agree to the terms set out below. We operate melati as a service available only where local law permits.

These terms cover account registration, deposits and withdrawals, game play, dispute resolution, and your responsibilities as a user of melati. We enforce these terms consistently to protect all our users and ensure fair treatment.

By joining melati, you confirm that you understand and accept these conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, do not access melati.

Account Registration and Your Responsibilities

Opening Your melati Account

To join melati, you must provide your name, email address, and phone number. We ask for this information to verify your identity and process withdrawals. You are responsible for providing accurate, complete information. If you provide false details, we may suspend or close your account without refunding your balance.

You must be of legal age to use melati in your jurisdiction. We do not knowingly accept users under the legal age for gaming in their country. If we discover that you are underage, we will close your account and forfeit any balance.

Your Password and Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your melati password confidential. Do not share it with anyone, including our support team. We will never ask for your password by email, phone, or chat.

If you suspect unauthorized access to your melati account, change your password immediately and contact our support team. We will review the activity and take action if needed. However, we are not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access if you failed to protect your password.

Important: You are responsible for all activity on your melati account. We do not refund losses resulting from your own actions, including sharing your password or using an unsecured device.

Deposits, Withdrawals, and Balance Management

We accept deposits via DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, and bank transfer (mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet). Deposits are instant. Your balance updates within seconds of payment confirmation.

Withdrawals route back to your original payment method. Before processing your first withdrawal, we verify your identity using a government ID (KTP, passport, or driver's license). This verification may take a few hours during business days. Once verified, your withdrawal enters the queue and completes within standard windows (varies by bank and e-wallet provider).

Your melati balance is yours. You can withdraw any amount at any time, subject to verification and processing windows. We do not charge withdrawal fees. If we suspect fraudulent activity on your account, we may delay withdrawal processing while we investigate.

Game Play and Fair Outcomes

All games on melati are determined by certified random number generators or live action. We do not manipulate odds or outcomes. Each spin, deal, or bet is independent and fair.

Live-dealer games (blackjack, roulette, baccarat, Dragon Tiger) are broadcast from our studios. The outcome is determined by the dealer's action or the cards dealt in real time. You see the action as it happens, so there is no hidden manipulation.

Sportsbook outcomes are determined by real-world events (Liga 1 matches, Piala AFF games, MotoGP races). We do not control sports outcomes, and we settle bets according to official results published by the relevant league or governing body.

Dispute Resolution on melati

If you have a dispute about a round, outcome, or balance on melati, contact our support team via the in-app help menu. Provide as much detail as possible, including the date, time, game type, and stake amount. We will review the transaction logs and video broadcast (for live games) and respond within one business day.

We do not reverse game outcomes based on player regret. We only reverse transactions if there was a technical error or system failure on our side. If we find evidence of fraud, cheating, or abuse, we may close your account and forfeit your balance.

Our melati Policies and Limits

Restricted Activities on melati

You may not use melati to:

  • Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to play games
  • Collude with other users or our staff to manipulate outcomes
  • Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or compromise our systems

If we detect any of these activities, we will close your account immediately and forfeit your balance. We may also report the activity to relevant authorities.

Jurisdiction and Legal Compliance

Our services are available only where local law permits. We do not offer melati in jurisdictions where online wagering is prohibited. You are responsible for verifying that access and use of melati comply with your own jurisdiction's law.

If you access melati from a restricted jurisdiction, we may close your account without notice and withhold your balance pending legal clarification. We comply with all applicable laws in the regions where we operate.

Changes to melati Terms and Services

We may update these terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via email or in-app notification. Your continued use of melati after the update constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

We may also change, suspend, or discontinue any game, feature, or service on melati without notice. We will not refund balances if we discontinue a game, but you can withdraw your balance at any time before the discontinuation takes effect.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Losses due to your own decisions or actions
  • Technical failures beyond our control (internet outages, payment processor errors)
  • Outcomes determined by live action or certified random number generators
  • Unauthorized access to your account due to weak passwords or shared credentials
  • Disputes between you and third parties (e.g., payment providers or other users)

Our total liability to you is limited to the balance in your melati account at the time of the claim.
